About the Talk
In today’s world, freelancing is increasingly becoming a preferred career choice for service providers like writers and editors. A growing reliance on contractors means that there is plenty of work available. If you’ve ever thought about making the leap to freelancing (or had to because you were laid off), this presentation will help you determine what it takes in five key areas…
- business practices
- getting work and cultivating clients
- growing your business
…and so on. Bring your questions, and we’ll get into the nitty gritty!
About the Location
We’ll meet in the IBM recreational facility, Building 400, Room 110. You’ll find it immediately on the right before the gate.
